We had dinner and treatments here. The treatments were great, the facilities feel a bit dated. More leisure centre than luxury. Sadly the food was bad because everything was over salted. We told our waitress this but were not given any alternatives / a discounted bill. It was also very expensive - meal and cocktail each came to £200. It's a nice setting but I probably wouldn't recommend.

What a nice place!
Stayed 3h at the Aquarius Spa. Staff is super friendly, Drinks are delicious and fresh made.
Facial treatment was very good. The Spa and changing rooms are very clean.
Only minus is that you have to manually start the steamroom and infrared room, which takes 15-20 mins, that did not work out for me while i was only there for short time.

Popped in for coffee this afternoon with our dog, lush coffee, the staff were all really friendly, welcoming, and nice to be around. Our dog was fussed over with treats and water. It is well worth a visit and the place is just really comfy and beautifully decorated, a great place to spend time in xx

I surprised my partner with a two-night spa and dinner package at Whatley Manor for his birthday, and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, the grounds were stunning, the food was outstanding, and our room was spotless. To make the experience even more special, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite in honor of my partner's birthday.
We couldn’t be more grateful for such an unforgettable weekend in such a beautiful place, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. A special thanks to Attila, the Operations Manager, for helping me set up a surprise in the cinema room—it truly made the weekend magical. Thank you so much!

Second time back at Whatley and the same superb service and stay.
Every single staff member from cleaning staff to front of house is friendly and helpful.
We were lucky to be upgraded to room 10, with stunning views it was a real treat.
Prior to arriving I informed the team that my wife was pregnant. This meant some changes to the meal options, particularly in The Dining Room. But these were all communicated up front and discussed with her to make her feel totally reassured everything was safe to eat.
The Dining Room experience was fantastic and all the dishes supremely tasty.
I love this hotel, for its charm, service and quality. Perfect for adult get aways and relaxation.

The grounds are gorgeous and the staff are excellent. Where it falls down is it it has not been renovated in what seems like 20 years. The breakfast rooms looks old and dreadful, the buffet was poor for breakfast was poor.

Poor experience in the hotels ‘the grey’ restaurant.
Food came out undercooked and then the substitute dish came out wrong twice. The staff were apologetic and tried to repair the situation which was appreciated but unfortunately we leave somewhat disappointed

Great location to stay for sightseeing trips to the Cotswolds as well as Bristol and Bath.
We have chauffeured many people that have travelled to and from here and they have had great things to say about the place.

Only stopped by when out on a road trip in classic cars for a coffee. So glad we happened upon this jewel in the country side. There were 8 of us, and we all plan to return with our other halves!

If you have the opportunity to spend a weekend outside of London pampering yourself this is it.
When you pull up to the Manor you are immediately enchanted and in awe of its beauty.
The ambience is peaceful and relaxed. The rooms were large and bright with big beautiful windows with views of the gardens.
The gardens were perfectly manicured, as you'd expect from an English garden, each hedge another hidden garden with stunning vines climbing the building. As you explored the gardens there were different spots to sit and soak it in.
The spa area was quaint with a big beautiful pool, treatment rooms and a cafe.
The restaurants within the manor are incredible and absolutely worth it! If you get the chance make sure you have the tasting menu in their Dining room.

Both my wife and I stayed here for two nights on the 26th April and we are so pleased to have picked this wounderful hotel.
We treat ourselves to a very special weekend once or twice a month, and I have to say, Whatley Manor is one of the best we have stayed at
Everything about the place was incredible. The food, ambiance, decor, comfort, location and above all, the staff.
Thank you to everyone there for such a beautiful time.
